The same thing happened to me. I checked over on the Shutterfly Facebook page and people were having the same trouble. Here is what Shutterfly said:
Hi all! If you are finding that you only see 50% off your pick, please check your “saved offers” and ensure the correct product and offer are selected. With FUNCHOICE you can get your free product of choice in addition to 50% off any of the other choices. Sorry for the confusion. Customer service is also available if you find the promotion is still not working in your account.
And to find the saved offers, in your cart scroll down and look for SEE SAVED OFFERS in blue type under your subtotal.
Mine had a 50% offer checked so I clicked the free labels right above that and then recalculate and it was fine.
Looks like Shutterfly is having some technical issues with this offer but just a few clicks will fix it 🙂
