If you are headed to Target, you may want to check out the Dollar Spot. The merchandise with a black cross was 70% off at my store.
I noticed more seasonal items included that did not have the black cross so definitely worth scanning to be certain.
Just a few highlights- sand buckets, Frozen socks, bubble wands, water toys, art supplies. Those were $1- so $.30 each after the discount.
I also saw rugs, hats and more for $3- so $.90 after the discount.
Just keep in mind clearance varies greatly by region and stores!
