The new Minions movie is out tomorrow and I know my kids are very excited to see it! I thought I’d put together a few treat ideas and crafts and a few little books and toys that some of you might be interested in checking out.
We have a Megabloks set that my kids went crazy for and I just ordered one of the books. I am definitely making one of the treats too- probably the Minion Munch to add to popcorn when we go to the movies.
Here are some really fun and adorable treats:
- Minion DIY Cups
- Minion Printable Wrapper- add this to raisins, juice boxes etc…
- Minion Slime
- DIY Minion Lip Balms
- Minion Sand Buckets
- Minion Craft Sticks, Water Bottles, and more ideas!
- Lego Minions– DIY instructions
- Minion Bowling Pins + free printables
And here are several toys and books you might be interested in:
Mega Bloks Despicable Me Minion Mobile
Mega Bloks Minion Castle Adventure – we just got this set and so far my children have loved playing with it. The castle is challenging enough for my 6 and 7 year olds to build on their own with just a little help from Mom and Dad. Once the castle is built, there are all sorts of little rooms where the Minions can create a rukus. We just got this set so the castle isn’t completely built yet but there are all sorts of little treasures like ropes, zip lines and hidden gems. I must have heard “Mom look!” about 20 times when they started putting the castle together. Our set came with 3 minions and some different outfits and accessories to change them up. Really cute set and you can buy more mini Minions to add to it if needed.
Minions Bouncy Balls (add on item)
Minion Seek and Find Book (hardcover)
Minion Reusable Sticker Book- great for traveling
