You can order a handheld misting fan as low as $4. I wanted to mention this because they are getting hard to find in stores. If you want something larger, the O2Cool Deluxe Misting Fan is $5.71. This one is larger than the Carabiner but fits perfectly in a stroller cup holder. Raspberry is the only color for this price as of posting.
