This is free but you need to get a free 90 second facial care consultation to get the soap.
I would think it would be best to hit the mall early if you are interested in this offer.

I went to my local Macy’s (Northern Virginia) and was told i had to buy the brush to get the soap free today. Bummer!
Hi Sloan- it is advertised on their homepage and Facebook page so your store was mistaken. You might leave a comment on the Facebook page, their social media person is very responsive.
At my local Macy’s one of two ladies working did not hear about this deal, but I asked her to just ask her partner, who told us that I will have to listen to 30 min long consultation. After I told them it was supposed to be like 90sec talk, they trusted me, showed that line and rang up the soap for free. Thank you!!!
Yeah it was not advertised as a 30 minute thing 🙂 They’d only be able to get through a handful of people so for sure that is incorrect. Glad it worked out 🙂
