You can get a nice deal on Spectrum Coconut Oil at Target after coupons. The price starts as low as $3.52 for the refined and the unrefined is just a bit more.
This coupon ran out of prints a few weeks ago and I was able to print another copy just now.
I use the refined for cooking because it has a mild flavor. Many people prefer the unrefined for body butters and such.

I got the great deal you posted on this a month or so ago. It seems like good oil to me! Thanks for posting! I didn’t have enough money in the budget for a vat of coconut oil when I went to Costco today and I hoped you’d post a deal. I got home and scrolled through and Voila!
