I was charged tax on this. Charlene, I know you’re in Northern Cal as well. Were you charged tax?
Carrie I have no idea but awhile back Amazon had to start collecting sales tax in all taxable states. They fought against it and lost.
Thanks for posting about this on Thursday, Charlene! It allowed us a couple of days to think about it and we decided to go for it! This is our first time paying for Prime.

Thank you for posting! Mine actually just expired on Friday! It wouldn’t let me purchase it, I think because it said for new members only. But it let me buy it as a gift, to myself : ) I’m also in California so it added taxes.
