Through 12/6, Target has a $5 gift card promotion when you buy 4 select personal care items. This includes hair, body wash and cosmetics from P&G. You will want to look for the signs in your store but I saw prices as low as $2.99 at my Target.
The shampoo for $4.99 is for the large bottles so it works out to a nice deal for those.
