Target has a cartwheel offer for today only for the Whimsy and Wonder Tutu and Wings set. These are $14.99 at my store- so $7.50 after the discount. This might be fun to tuck away for a gift.
If you have the Target toy book there is a 25% off coupon for toys. Your price would be $5.62 after both coupons. Many people are finding the toy book in Sunday’s paper or in stores.
