Hi Christina- oh funny! That is nice 🙂 You can use a manufacturer coupon with a Cartwheel offer and a Target coupon too if you had one for this. I think that coupon might actually work– I would give it first and then the Cartwheel. If you have problems with the transaction you could always add some other small LPS toy to your transaction to make it over $19.99 after Cartwheel too.
