Would this be a good Zumba shoe? If not, do you have any recommendations?
Carrie most people will recommend a shoe without a lot of grip on the bottom because Zumba twisting can be hard on the knees. I personally prefer more cushioned shoes because I can jump a little higher and have support. Non cushion shoes give me shin splints. So these probably for more cushion or tge nike free I posted yesterday for less grippy soles. Whatever you prefer.
