Hi Connie- if that is a concern you can just skip the name. I take my children to soccer and dance and of course to Grandma’s house- or really anywhere they would use these bags so the name doesn’t concern me as much. I think if they were walking to school alone and had a bag like this I would probably put initials or skip the name. Totally up to your own comfort level.
