Are you a Starbucks Rewards member?
If you ARE NOT a member- well surprise! Starbucks is offering a free drink when you join. It is free to join and basically you collect stars (a star for each time you come by and get a drink). You need to purchase a gift card (I think $5 is the minimum) and then register with the gift card. You use that each time you go to Starbucks and then they have a means of tracking your purchases to award the stars. On your birthday and once you collect 12 stars you get a free drink of your choice. (Any drink, any size.)
I have the app on my phone and I can reload my card and it is all very easy.
Now Target store Starbucks locations are offering the rewards. Before you could pay with the app but you didn’t get stars or you couldn’t redeem for the free drink. Now Target Starbucks kiosks are working with the Rewards program. In addition to that through 10/19 you will get double stars for every purchase. Nice!
I have found a new love at Starbucks..instead of my usual coffee…I’m loving the hot chai 🙂
This is so exciting!Do you think they will start offering rewards at other in store kiosks such as Safeway/Randalls as well? I sure hope so! Our main Starbucks is always so crazy busy that I don’t go in there much. I like going to the in store kiosks much better. I can get my shopping done and enjoy my coffee to boot. Now, if I could use my rewards, that would be superb!
