I wanted to quickly mention that my Target has back to school items for 50% off.  The signs said 30% off but they were actually marked and rang up at 50% off.    The employees were actually marking things down when I arrived this morning.

I saw 500 ct paper reams for $1.75- plus grab the 10% off Cartwheel coupon to pay $1.58! These are great for all year long and an excellent price if you don’t want to bother with rebates at the office supply stores.  Or you might grab a few things for your child’s teacher– we had paper reams on the wish list at school this year.

There is a $1.50 off $7 purchase of Up & Up school supplies you might grab– that makes them $1.31 each when you grab 5 packs.  That sounds like a ton but if you print regularly at home it is so nice to not worry about paper for a really long time 🙂

I also found backpacks, lunchbags and thermos containers and more for 30-50% off depending on the item.  I grabbed some cute ice packs for $1.88- regularly $2.99.

Clearance varies greatly by region.  You might scan items to see if your items ring up lower in case the signs are not correct.

Don’t forget to grab the Cartwheel coupons for school supplies- there are a bunch.  You can also grab Crayola coupons here.

I was curious which store you found the paper at. The ones I went to had it at $2.45, which was still a good price.

Hi Terra- I went to the Target on Sierra College in Roseville. They still had lots of stuff this morning 🙂

Funny thing- I had no idea there was a Target there. I was just checking out the locations on Target.com. I peruse the Douglas one constantly, and sometimes the Fairway one (I was at both today), but I never even realized there was another one in that general area. I’m more so in Folsom and even though we’ve lived in Cali a year now, there is still a lot to learn. Obviously.

Terra- just my opinion but the Douglas one tends to be higher priced. I find Fairway to be the cheapest and then the new store to be next cheapest and then Douglas. I also find Douglas has mean cashiers :P. The Sierra College one is just off the freeway and very clean, brand new, very quiet. It is my favorite store now 🙂

Yeah, I had no idea it existed. No idea, whatsoever. I’ll have to check it out very, very soon.
