There is a new Target cartwheel coupon for 40% off children’s Halloween costumes. This is a nice discount! You should still be able to find a nice selection of costumes so a great deal!
Just a note- The actual cartwheel says it expires 9/27 but on the coupon image it says it expires today (9/26). Also, there is a limit of 2 costumes.

UPDATE: Y’all I went by this morning first thing with high hopes and I was so disappointed with the selection! They did have a handful of costumes but I was in a large store and not a ton to choose from. A few super heroes, one choice for Elsa, literally one Anna costume left, some witch costumes etc… but really not a ton of options. I was hoping to get a Harry Potter costume but no luck.
bummer! I am in need of a Harry Potter costume as well. Let me know if you find a good place to get one!
