I am not completely sure I understand the question because I don’t know which coupons you are interested in. In general, the first time you print coupons from a web site like coupons.com you will need to download the coupon printer. The reason is that they track coupon prints and they only allow a certain number of prints total. So maybe Dove releases a $1 off hair care coupon. Well the budget for that coupon could be $15,000 so maybe they allow 20,000 prints of the coupon. By installing the program it gives your computer specifically a certain bar code that will be different from anyone else. So they can monitor how many coupons total have been printed and also if you decide to print one legitimate coupon and then you go to Kinkos and photocopy 4000 additional copies of that exact same coupon to sell on eBay or something. Well they can track you down for coupon fraud. 😉 I hope that makes sense!
