Rebate says the total much reach $30 AFTER coupons/discounts, so you wouldn’t be able to use coupons on this deal, right??

The way I read it is that you need to spend $30 after all coupons have been applied. In this case you pay $30.89 after the coupons are applied so it should meet the requirements of the rebate.
Can you use CVS ECB’s and still get the rebate or not?
Julia- the ECBs are considered a form of payment so you should be ok to use them but I personally wouldn’t chance it. I bet they reject the rebate thinking it is extra coupons. I have seen that before.
