**Edited: This post is from September 2o14. Most likely these codes have expired. I will for sure post any new coupon codes that Lifetouch releases for 2015!
If your school uses LifeTouch for pictures, here are a few coupon codes you can try to save a little money. Please note, you must order your pictures online for these to work and they do not open online ordering until 2 weeks prior to picture day.
Not all codes will work in all areas and you likely will only be able to use one. It’s worth a shot though if your school uses this company! Discounts are rare for school pictures!
Here are your LifeTouch Coupon Codes:
- Use the code 10forany to save 10% off of your purchase
- Use the code BONUS10 to save 10% off of your purchase
- Use the code 20for40 to save 20% off a $40 purchase
- Use the code 10for40 for $10 off a $40 purchase
Hopefully you have good luck! These darn picture packages can be really expensive.
thanks, Saving with Shellie

Wow! I’ve never seen a coupon for LifeTouch before! Thanks!
Jamie says
In order to save money (because school pics are so expensive!) I quit buying them and started taking my kids to Target/Walmart every year on their birthday to have pictures done instead. I find you can use the $7.99 package coupons you get in the paper or in the mail flyers and get a package very similar if not better than the $40 option offered by life touch! Plus my kids like it better because they can personalise it by bringing props (we did a new bike one year, skateboard, etc). Just thought I would share my idea! 🙂

I love the deals you post. We have picture day coming up and I’m definitely going to try the codes. Thank you!!
R. Drewiske says
These might only work if you order more pictures once you get your pictures. I just went to pay for our school pics, but there wasn’t an area to put in a code.
Mary says
I also found $10 off and the code is 10for40
Charlene says
Awesome Mary, I’ll add that in!
Charlene says
Hi R.
There was a spot for me. Our pictures have not yet taken place and when I tested this with our school, I had to go all the way to the end of checkout and what I think might be the final screen gave me this option at the bottom:
Item(s) Subtotal: $44.00
Enter Coupon Code:
Apply Code
Cart Total: $44.00
That was after I declined to have the school year and child’s name added to the photos and right before I had to enter our mailing address.
Carol says
I have used these…. code is at the end,you enter the code then
Jessica says
I will definitely be trying these. With 3 elementary aged children, picture day is expensive! Thanks so much!
Carrie says
Awesome I’ve got 4 kids who need pictures. This will help!! Thanks!
Lisa Leung says
Yeah! It worked!
Geena says
Can I use this for picture retakes? We missed picture day. Therefore I was wondering if codes work on retakes?
Angela McHone says
I have a son in 1st grade at Ironton, Ohio Elementary school, I’d like any coupons you may have through out the school year.. Thanks!
Carlyn says
Wish I would have had these two weeks ago. Already ordered 5sets of pics this year. Even 10% would have been nice to save! Maybe I’ll remember to check next year!
Laura says
I think it depends on if your school offers the discount (according to the FAQs). I searched desperately on every page of the process (times three children). Our school offered no spot for discount code … so I guess no discount for me today. When I tried to do the live chat, it told me that nobody was available to help me. LOL What’s the point?
Jeri says
U have order online for this to work??
Heidi says
I tried as well and no spot for a coupon code and “no one available” for Live Chat. I think it may have to do with the fact that our state requires state sales tax. Since you only enter the total with tax, they can’t accept a coupon code because it would discount the tax, and they can’t do that. Oh well….
Charlene says
Heidi,
I live in CA and our state doesn’t miss a chance to charge taxes on anything and everything. 🙂
Charlene says
Jeri- I believe you do need to order online. I tested it and it was a very fast process.
kacey says
How much is shipping? Anyone know?
Charlene says
Kacey- usually the photos are delivered to the school so it won’t cost extra to order online v. ordering from the form. You can always take just a few seconds to start a pretend order for your school and just double check. I know people are busy but I did it myself in about 90 seconds and then you can check the coupon codes work for you as well.
Kim Entner says
I would of ordered more pictures if I had these discounts on Sunday. Both of my kids had pictures done on Monday 9/15/2014. Please let me know if there is anything I can do about applying the discounts, so we can apply it to purchase
Thank you. Kim Entner. My kids go to Shreve Elementary.
Anne A. says
There is no field to enter a code, even at the end of the order process. I’m going to purchase online anyway and then email them hoping they will credit me what the discount was.
mashalah says
It works in Cincinnati Ohio online! $10.00 off
Carrie says
First year of school and I didn’t know pictures were so expensive. So glad I found these codes!
jaclyn donchez says
jersey does pay for 2 rest r 1/2 off, at least thats how it was a few years ago. im in PA & theres no discounts. i hope these codes work
pkaione says
Just ordered! It works here in North Wales, PA. (10forany ) Thank much!!!
Richette S. says
I just tried and there is no space for a code for me in NY. Stinks!
Marcella swan says
Won’t let me start a new account 🙁
Vicki says
Thank you so much! Saved $13 with the 20% off of $40 code in Georgia. There was a space to apply to code almost at the end of checkout.
Charlene says
Glad to hear it Vicki! So strange how that seems to vary across the country.
Margaret says
I just wanted to let you know I seen on the package last year about having more then one child getting pictures taking in the same school district , They have a family discount or something so look for it . Didn’t keep the info because I don’t have two in school right now.
Shannon Stefaniuk says
Is this offer in Canada as well?
Charlene says
Shannon it varies by location in the US so you’ll have to test it and see. Unfortunately everyone has to test it by school – it only takes a second to put a sample package in your cart and start checkout and see if you find a coupon code box and the codes work. 🙂
Christie says
I spoke with LiveChat and they said it depends which program the school is enrolled through. If they are enrolled through “Expressions” the Coupon Code section appears at checkout, but if not then they do not accept coupons. Unfortunately my kids’ school is the latter. Bummer! 🙁
Jill says
Worked for me! Thanks for the $10!
Holly says
My children’s school is not enrolled with any program as Expressions via LifeTouch and the coupon worked for me. It was at the end of check out. Got an awesome deal! Thanks for the coupon posting! 🙂
Marla says
Used code for 10% off. I was hoping to use the 20for40 because I ordered pics for both my boys. Well it didn’t let me do so. Orders weren’t together yet my total was both packages? Don’t understand that!
Michelle says
I just used the 10forany code for tomorrow’s picture day and it worked without any problems. Thanks, Charlene! BTW, I live in PA.
crystal says
Worked for me $10 off-WooHoo ! Thanks to a good friend for telling me. It always nice to save a bit. Thank you Life touch!
Jessie says
Just used Bonus10 and it worked !!! Thanks! Shipping is $7.50 to Indianapolis.
Alana says
I tried to use this for my son’s school picture for next week and did not have an option for a coupon code. So I did some investigating to find out why some people had the option for a coupon code and others, like myself did not. Apparently it depends on the school and the options they choose.
According to bargainstobountydotcom, Margie said: “It only worked for one of my 3 children’s schools. If it only asks you to fill in the total amount on the picture form and they still take in the order form on picture day, then NO there isn’t a place to input the code. If you get to make all your choices for poses, backgrounds, and extras that you add to your cart and checkout, than YES there is a place to input the code. Crazy I know. I have three kids at 3 schools and they had 3 different orders forms all with different pricing. Hope that wasn’t too confusing and helps.”
So it may work for you or it may not, but you will find out right off the bat if will work for you on the order form. All it asked for was my total price and that I was to mark poses, backgrounds, etc on my order form to turn in to the photographer on picture day, so no code for me. Hope this helps clear up why some people are able to use the code and others are not…not that it makes it fair. Have a great day!
Charlene says
Hi Alana- yes I think a few people mentioned that it depends on how the school sets up the ordering with Lifetouch. That will determine if you have the ability to use a coupon code or not.
Ginny says
For those of you with 3 (or more) kids, where I live they have a ‘Family Plan’ in the fine print where first 2 children pay full price, each additional child in same immediate family gets same package for free. I got my preschooler done using this last year. BUT has to be filled out on form not online.
Rhonda says
I just ordered my kids pictures online and didn’t see any codes to enter in until now. They should have the codes on the picture site
I could of used a code for my kids pictures. Looked everywheres . Is there a way to put a code in now after the order was put through
Carine says
I used the code in Canada (Northern Ontario) and it worked! Bought two $44 dollar packages and saved $8.80 on each package! Thanks 🙂
Nolie says
Worked for me up here in Canada. Thank you.
Anne says
I used FREESHP to get free shipping. I placed a smaller order, so that code made my total just $8. Not bad.
Michelle says
I order cheaply. I just order the disk that way I can go to Walmart and get anything I want made up.
