This fun annual promotion at Krispy Kreme is coming up soon. You can get a free original glazed doughnut when you talk like a pirate on September 19th. Or come dressed in full Pirate attire and get a dozen free glazed doughnuts.
This is a fun activity with the kiddos! My husband did this with my girls last year and they LOVED it. We painted mustaches on them, tied a bandanna on their heads and then cut eye patches out of construction paper. We didn’t need an entire dozen doughnuts so each kiddo just got one but it was still fun for them to do something a little silly and different.
This is valid only at participating Krispy Kreme locations. It looks like non-participating locations include: All CT shops, Anderson, SC and Spartanburg, SC. You might just call and double check your location before making a special trip but this is a pretty popular event every year so most of us should be good!
My husband talked about taking the kids last year. I am writing it on the calendar right now, so he won’t forget again 🙂
Nicole, they actually have pirate doughnuts this year too. They look adorable! The store tried to give our girls a dozen with just the simple costume but we elected to get 2 doughnuts instead. I would have eaten them all 😛
