Gymboree is rolling out a new line of clothing inspired by The World of Eric Carle.  I love little things that bring books alive for kids! To celebrate, they are having a free caterpillar and craft time tomorrow (9/5). The event will be held from 10am to 12 pm.  We love The Very Hungry Caterpillar book so this sounds like a fun activity.

It looks like all locations should be participating except for outlets.  If you can’t make it tomorrow, you can get free printable coloring sheets and activities here inspired by Eric Carle. Those are great for rainy days or when you need a few extra minutes to finish dinner.

You might also want to check out the adorable clothes.  I love the little shirts but those pj’s are especially cute!   This would be a perfect gift for a little person along with one of the books!  There is a complete storybook gift set for just $8 if you click here.

If you have a Parents,Kiwi or Family Fun (or similar) magazines you might flip through them and see if you spot a 20% off coupon inside.

What is your favorite Eric Carle book? I’d love to grab a few more Eric Carle books to read with my little girl.
