There is a good deal on children’s water bottles today.
You can pick up this 2pk of Contigo Water Bottles in the 10oz size for $6.99. Shipping adds $3.99- so $11 shipped.
These bottles are not like sippy cups where you have straws to deal with- there is just a small opening to drink from and no extra parts. The bottle has a seal so it closes up and is supposed to be spill proof.
These are BPA free and dishwasher safe.
I actually really like the idea of this. I hate taking apart our cups and trying to get all the little pieces clean plus we are always losing the inside straws.
Contigo is an excellent and super durable brand- I occasionally see these in 3pks at Costco for $18. The ones at Costco are sippy cups though with straws.
**Note: If you prefer to shop through Amazon, you can get the same 2 water bottles for $11.99.

We have these and really love them. They are fairly easy to clean–not fiddly parts. We love to use them for hot chocolate when we travel. The girls don’t really like it too hot, but it does keep a nice temp without spilling!

These are fantastic water bottles. They fit nicely in my daughter’s lunch box, and as long as the lid is screwed on properly, they do not leak. We’ve used the same two -daily- for the last three years without any problems. I liked these so much that I bought the adult ones for myself.

Thanks for the review Sallie!

Great idea Kim! Finding semi- no spill options for warm-ish drinks for the kiddos is tricky.

My daughter has had one of these for a couple of years and we love it! I’ve been using it in her lunch box as well and no leaks. I wouldn’t recommend them for kids younger than three though since the child has to be coordinated enough to hold the button down to keep the spout open while they drink.

Sallie, I was just going to ask about the dimensions. It says 10 oz. I was wondering if they fit nicely in a lunchbox, and you said it does.

We have three of these and LOVE them. I am so tempted to buy more. 🙂

We love these cups! Amazon has the 14 oz non insulated cups for 11.99- they happen to be out of stock right now, but I prefer the slightly bigger ones for my kids since they use them for water. My older kids were able to press the button when they were about 3, my 2.5 year old still can’t use these, but when he can, it’s what I’ll get for him too! We keep them by their beds, send them in their backpacks for school, and keep one for each kid in the car. They are our favorites! I also use the adult ones for me!

Bummer I missed this…they are sold out.
