I ordered these the last time you posted them, from Jane.com. And they were delivered to a different city, state last week, Monday. I attempted to contact the seller multiple times via email with no response. Not sure what to do now.

These are so cute but I read on online reviews that ppl aren’t happy with Groopdealz’s quality. Have you bought things from them before or from this vendor and been pleased with the results?

I haven’t read about issues with Groop Dealz from any of my readers. There were two reviews on these specifically this morning on facebook. One was very positive and one very negative. I can’t buy everything I post or we would be broke but I have bought other items from Groop Dealz without any issues 🙂
I purchased 3 pillow cases from the recent deal on Jane.com. They were shipped by the date listed on the order form and I received them, without issues, a few days later. The pillow cases are really cute and I was bummed I didn’t move fast enough on the Groop Dealz last week on the Super Hero bags. I haven’t washed the pillow cases yet and my concern is that the images might get damaged in the wash, but the package included instructions on how to care for them. Other then that, they’re so cute and a great alternative to toys as a gift!
Hey Rachelle! Thanks for the feedback. I have done iron on t-shirts in the past and those were a hot mess after washing. I have a feeling these might be the same. I wish the shirts I made, I had taken more precautions with. I probably would have washed them on delicate and avoided the dryer. I am sure the care instructions will tell you what to do though :). I am glad you like them and hopefully you don’t have any issues washing them.
Kimberly, same thing happened to me. I have been waiting and waiting and finally decided to check the tracking… my pillowcases were delivered to North Carolina instead of California… Hopefully we can get this resolved. My address was correct, so it just seems odd that orders are getting sent to the wrong places.
Oh boo :(. I had it happen once with an order from Zulily. I ordered cute custom t-shirts for my girls with their names. I got shirts for two other girls and a packing list from Alabama or something. Not much you can do with other kids names… they fixed it and I just dropped the two wrong shirts at goodwill.
