I don’t see the meat coupon in the online ad, is it only the one in the paper?

It might be regional. You can look at the ad on display in your store (usually by the entrance) and if you see it in the print ad you can always ask at checkout if they will scan the coupon for you. Sometimes they will do that if they have an ad at the register.
Was wondering if you knew when the roseville targets would be marking toys down to 70%? I was there on Monday but toys were still at 30-50% off.
