Charlene, I don’t see the school supply deals in my local ad. I went to my local store near San Jose (95014) and none of the items were marked $.50 or pens $.88. I did not price check.
(I did an online search and found online blogger in southern california mentioning same school supplies on sale as you but the ad for southern california does not picture school supplies on sale.)
Is there a website online that I can print and show store manager to get these good prices on school supplies?

Cathy, as you know the prices can vary for Rite Aid. Some stores have a short ad and some have a long ad so I suspect that is the case for you. These are based off the long ad. Unfortunately the only thing you can do is get your local ad- either online or in store or from your paper and that is the sales for your area. You could enter other zip codes and pull up ads for other cities to get the long ad but I don’t think a store would need to match those prices since it is not their region.

Hope that makes sense! I’ll make sure to put in bold next week to double check your local ad. I know the school supply deals are always a headache- the office supply stores can shift ads around too.
