fathers day

I just made my end of year teacher cards and my Father’s Day cards and wanted to mention a deal to you from Treat.com.  Treat is my favorite place to order cards because they always turn out perfectly and they have so many to choose from.

If you have several cards to order this time of year with weddings and graduations and Father’s Day- you might consider joining one of the clubs.

Basically, you select a club and lock in a discounted rate on your cards.  Make whatever type of card you want, whenever you want and at checkout you will pay nothing (since you prepaid already.)  You can lock in rates as low as $1.99 per custom card!

Here are the different options:

  • 6 Greeting Cards $14.94 ($2.49 per card) It’s like getting 1 card free.
  • 18 Greeting Cards $40.32 ($2.24 per card) It’s like getting 6 cards free.
  • 24 Greeting Cards $47.76 ($1.99 per card) It’s like getting 10 cards free.

I bought the 6 card package for $14.94 and then made my cards and had them all send to me.  I believe if you send them to the recipient it is free but I was not charged an extra fee to have them sent to myself.

Then literally the next day I got an email that my cards were coming my way!  I am so excited to get these cards, I think they turned out really cute.

You can see one of the cards I made for Grandpa above and then this is our favorite thing to do for an end of year thing for the teachers.  We usually do a little card and I have my girls hold up a thank you sign- I just did this with black foam board and chalk and we went to the park and did silly poses.

Here is the card for my 6 year old’s teacher (I took her name off for privacy):

And then I love the detail at the end where you can add a little picture- I had a silly one of my 5 year trying to do a cartwheel so I used that for some cards.  On my other daughter’s cards we had a fun one of her hanging upside down off a tree branch.

So again you are prepaying for 6 cards, 12 cards or 18 cards and you can make the cards anytime you like.  By prepaying you lock in the discounted price and avoid the standard $3.49 fee.  I thought $2.49 per card was a very reasonable price for such cute cards- if you need more cards you will get an even better price.

Head over to Treat to take a look!
