Summer Reading Book Recommendations for Kids

I found a great list of summer reading book recommendations for Kids courtesy of Lakeshore Learning.

There are a variety of books for children aged Pre-K to 6th grade and the books are broken down by age below.

I thought this might be a handy list to take to the library or to the bookstore- or you can click the book title and check the prices on Amazon.  Typically I find Amazon to have the best deals on books.

So hopefully this helps keep the kiddos engaged this summer -and not in front of the TV or video games 😉

    Joanna,

Either push Ctrl + P and print the page you want or just copy and paste into a word doc and print 🙂

Thanks for the list! Does it go by the grade my child is in now or will be going into in the fall?

Heather- my guess is the grade they are going into. I have a soon to be 2nd grader and some of those books are better suited for her little sister. Her sister is going into Kindergarten and I think the Kindergarten books look right for her. 🙂
