You might try your luck at your store and see what happens.
This week in the ad it says buy 3 Neutrogena items and get a free tote bag (while supplies last) plus $10 ECB (limit 1).
So if you find the cleansing bars priced at $3.29- buy 3 of them and you will pay $9.87.
You should get the $10 ECB and the tote bag.
This deal is not listed in the ad so your luck will vary but since you are not using coupons here it would be very easy to just return the soap if the deal does not work out.
