I have been to 2 Target stores this week. In both, the signage does not include Outshine bars as qualifying items to get one free. Also the third item did not ring up free at the register. However, the clerk adjusted the price when I showed her the ad. FYI, Grocery Outlet has had Outshine bars for $1.49 lately 🙂
