I believe that is going to be the best price on this specific Kindle. If you would like the regular Kindle Fire with special offers (not HD) it will be $79-hopefully going online tonight around 9pm PST. At that price those will not last for very long- possibly just minutes.
As for this Kindle it will be $139 with a $25 gift card back in the Black Friday ad.
I personally would just get it now at the lower price if this was on my list.
