No you can only use one manufacturer coupon per item. Those are both manufacturer coupons.

Thanks for clearing up whether it was a manufacturers coupon or not. I was annoyed that they didn’t state that on the rewards page for it. Happy I didn’t redeem because I have the 7 dollars off one.
