Chris says
Just came back from Office Max – the manager would not let me buy the glue sticks unless I spent an additional $5. UGH! I asked her where this was stated, she showed me the bubble for the pencils. I tried to explain to her that bubble(rule) was for the pencils. She refused to sell them to me so I asked for the District Manager’s phone number. Tomorrow, I will be calling to complain….. UGH!

Chris, you mean she said the $.25 glue sticks were part of the weekly $.01 items that required a $5 purchase :). I don’t think so. Sometimes the fine print is sneaky on these ads but I think you are right.
Usually Twitter and Facebook are very effective means of expressing dissatisfaction too.
