Well today is my birthday! I have actually been working on this list since my birthday last year (ahem) so here it finally is!
A great big list of freebies and deals you can get on your birthday. I tried to sift through and just pick the best offers available. Please note that the offers can change at any time so these are things that I have received but there are no guarantees you will get the exact same offer.

- AMC Theatres: Free large fountain drink during your birthday month. (mobile coupons not valid)
- American Eagle: 15% off the month of your birthday when you join AE Rewards
- AMF Bowling: Sign up for the eClub and get free bowling on your birthday
- Aveda: Join the birthday program and receive a free customized gift up to $25 for your birthday. You will receive a post card within 28 days of your birthday to redeem in stores.
- Barnes & Noble: Join the Kid’s club and get a free cupcake on your child’s birthday.
- Benefit Cosmetics: Free brow arch service during your birthday week. (must show government issues photo ID)
- CVS: Sign up for the Beauty Club and get $3 ECB’s on your birthday.
- Kmart: Sign your child up for the Kmart Birthday Club and get $5 Birthday Bucks to use at Kmart and other fun surprises. (I got a $5 off coupon for a $45 purchase in store or online.)
- Olan Mills: Join the birthday club and get a free portrait each year on your child’s birthday until age 3.
- Old Navy: Join the Birthday Club (adults and kids) and get a $10 off $50 coupon on your birthday. (just scroll toward the bottom where it says Sign Up & Save, enter you email and then you will be able to add your birthday and any kids)
- Philosophy: Free Happy Birthday set (shower gel and lip gloss) with $25 purchase. A unique coupon code comes via email.
- Sephora: Join the Beauty Insider’s Club and get a free Benefit Real Turn Ons Birthday set. (this freebie changes each year)
- Toys R Us: Sign your child up for the birthday club (ages 10 and under) and receive a $3 gift card
- Vera Bradley: Join the Birthday Club and get 25% off your order during your birthday month. You have to register for this in your local Vera Bradley store.
- World Market- get a free surprise via email when you sign up for the free Explorer program (rumor has it you get $10 to spend in store!) I got a 15% off coupon via email (boo!)
- West Elm: Get a “Birthday Treat” when you sign up for the Birthday Club at West Elm. You should get a 15% off coupon the beginning of your birthday month.
- Origins: Get a coupon for $10 off a $25 purchase.
- Sports Authority: $10 reward coupon during your birthday month for The League by Sports Authority members.

- Abuelos: Free gift when you sign up for the e-club.
- Applebees: Sign up for emails and get a free dessert on your birthday
- Au Bon Pain: Sign up for the eClub and get a free gift on your birthday (looks like either a salad or sandwich)
- Arbys: Sign up for Deals and get a Free 12 oz shake with any purchase (excluding value menu)
- Baskin Robbins: Sign up for the Birthday Club and get a free scoop of ice cream on your birthday.
- Bob Evans: Join the Kid’s Birthday Club and get a free kid’s meal.
- Bojangles: Join the E-Club and get a free Cajun Fillet Biscuit on your birthday.
- Burger King: Register your child for the BK Crown Birthday Club and get a free BK Kids Hamburger Meal.
- California Pizza Kitchen: Join the CPKids Birthday Club and your child will get a free CPKids meal during their birthday month.
- California Pizza Kitchen: Sign up for the emails and get a coupon for a free dessert on your birthday.

- Dairy Queen: Buy One Get One Free Blizzards
- Del Taco: Join the Raving Ran eClub and get a free premium shake for your birthday.
- Denny’s: Register for Denny’s Rewards and get a free Grand Slam Breakfast on your birthday.
- Don Pablo’s: Get $10 Birthday Rewards when you sign up for the Habaneros Club. Visit your local Don Pablo’s to receive a Habaneros Card, and then register online.
- Dunkin’ Donuts: Sign up for Dunkin’ UpDDates and get a free medium beverage of your choice on your birthday.
- Firehouse Subs: Free Medium Sub on your birthday with ID (sign up for their newsletter to get a reminder)
- Fuddruckers: Join the Fudds Club and get a birthday treat.
- Great American Cookie: Free cookie on your birthday
- Harris Teeter: Get a free 5 inch Patti-Cake for your child’s first birthday. Fill out the application at the store and take it to customer service. As your child’s birthday arrives, look for an electronic coupon on your receipt.
- Houlihan’s: Free entree on your birthday when you sign up for the email club.
- Ihop: Join the Pancake Revolution to get a free meal on your birthday.
- Jack in the Box: Free dessert on your birthday. Must show ID during your birthday week.
- Jamba Juice: Get a coupon for a 16oz drink for $2.00 when you sign up for the newsletters.
- Jersey Mike’s Subs: Free sub and drink coupon on your birthday when you sign up for their email club.

- Panera: Get a free surprise when you register for My Panera Rewards (mine was a free pastry or sweet)
- Planet Smoothie: Get free birthday goodies when you sign up for their newsletter.
- Red Robin: Join their eClub and get a free burger on your birthday.
- Ruby Tuesday: Join the So Connected Club and get a free burger on your birthday up to $9.
- Rubios: Register and get a free burrito on your birthday.
- Ryans: BOGO Buffet
- Spaghetti Warehouse: Free meal on your birthday when you sign up for the Warehouse Club
- Starbucks: Free beverage on your birthday when you register your Starbucks gift card. You will receive a postcard in the mail 3-7 days before your birthday. If you download the free mobile app you will see the reward posted automatically.
- Texas Steakhouse and Saloon: Free dessert on your birthday when you sign up for the E-club. I got a $10 off $30 Coupon instead.
- The Old Spaghetti Factory: Join Wally’s Kid’s Club and get a free kid’s meal on your child’s birthday.
- Zaxby’s: Free nibbler for your birthday when you sign up for the Zax Mail Club.
Other Stuff
- Redbox: Register for emails and get a code for a free movie rental on your birthday.

I think I received $10 for World Market for my birthday last year. And Kmart may have changed their kids birthday club – in Oct, the coupon we received was $5 off $20 toy purchase. In the past it was simply $5 off with no minimum. I love the Sephora birthday freebie too!
