JUST got off the phone with Disney. They said they have HUGE issues with the Shipping today! I would suggest calling, I had tried it about 20+ times!
The code says it’s not applicable to the blankets. I tried to order as well.

It was working yesterday which is when this was posted. As mentioned about there appears to be a glitch today. It is applicable to the blankets because you can see it advertised right on the home page. I would either get in touch with them or just try back in a bit and see if it is fixed.
For me, it mattered what blanket I picked. I tried the Phineas one and it didn’t work, but the Minnie Mouse one did.
Just placed an order for the personalized blanket and the FREEPZ will not take off the shipping. It only took off the personalization. I called customer service and they said to place the online order and they would manually go in and credit the shipping charge so that you get the $10 blanket deal. All they wanted was the order ID number once you submitted the credit card .
