Home Depot’s next free Kids Workshop will be on Saturday, October 6th between 9AM and 12PM. This time your kids can build a Fire Truck.
Here are the details:
- FREE hands-on workshops designed for children ages 5 – 12 offered the 1st Saturday of every month at all The Home Depot stores between 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Workshops teach children do-it-yourself skills and tool safety along with instilling a sense of pride and accomplishment.
- All kids get to keep their craft and receive a FREE Kids Workshop Apron, commemorative pin and certificate of achievement.
I believe these clinics are on a first come, first served basis, but you might want to call ahead to verify.
***I wanted to mention this well in advance because I think the free aprons they give out at these would be a darling Halloween costume. Here is my little Maya at the last free event and I was thinking with her winter boots, her little jean overall dress and a white shirt, she would be a darling little Bob the Builder. She just needs a hard hat and a plastic hammer.
