Right now you can get a free organization tool called About One. Basically, this is a free service that allows you to organize your paperwork, photos, videos, artwork and more. The basis is to help you eliminate paperwork and clutter and streamline your life by putting everything in one place.
I tested this out and signing up was fairly quick. Once you sign up, you will be sent a password to your email to use to log in and get started. You can organize paperwork by family member to keep everything organized. I tested this out by uploading a picture. I assigned this to my daughter’s file and uploaded it. Easy! It took only a few seconds. This could easily keep school work, important documents and other pertinent items in one place when you need it.
