Here are two really fast ideas if you want some festive desserts today.
I made both of these literally in just a few minutes this morning.
The first is a cute idea from Family Circle magazine.
Melt a little white chocolate in the microwave, dip strawberries and then dump blue sugar into a bowl and dip the ends of the strawberries .
I made these and also chocolate with red and white sugar.
And this seriously could not be easier. I wanted something lighter and fresh so I just put chopped strawberries with blueberries on a toothpick with a dallop of frozen Cool Whip.
These are in little silver cupcake cups. Obviously you want to eat these right after serving but the frozen whipped topping makes them last a little longer.
