Plus I hit Sprouts for mangoes, broccoli, apples and mushrooms. The total was $10.
So that doesn’t look like much but we stocked up on chicken a few weeks ago and on pork last week and then I still have some beef and fish in the freezer. So there wasn’t much that we needed this week.
And here is the menu plan for the week:
Monday: BBQ Chicken and Organic Corn
Tuesday: Spinach and Artichoke Pizza
Wednesday: Dinner Out
Thursday: Chicken Parmesan and Salad
Friday: Eggplant Sandwiches and salad
Saturday: Fiesta Chicken and Rice
Sunday: Mushroom and Manchego Paninis and broccoli
