Here is another fun giveaway for today. There is a new product from Febreze called car vent clips. These are obviously designed as a subtle way to keep the car smelling wonderful all the time.
Now I don’t know about you, but I have two children and no matter what I do the car seems to need constant attention. I normally don’t like a lot of heavy fragrances but I was very delighted to get a sample of the air vent clips in the mail just yesterday.
Just pick the fragrance of your choice and pop it onto any vent in the car. It should work for about 30 days. You can adjust the intensity of the fragrance to suit your needs.
I have used these car vent things in the past and I always found them to be big and bulky and annoying. The Febreze is very compact and I was actually thinking the air vent clip was just a refill pack because it was so small.

This would be very nice to keep things smelling great! The one thing I always do to try to keep the car clean with little ones, is that everytime we come home I make sure to take EVERYTHING out, and bring it into the house. Yes sometimes its 5 trips and its annoying but this way the vehicle never gets too crazy!!

Here is my entry for the Febreze giveaway! To keep the car clean, we are sure to take any trash/fast food stuff out of the car EVERY TIME we exit the car. That way, it doesn’t start to build up. It took some time to get used to, but now it’s just a habit!

I have no new tips, as my kids keep my vehicle messy, too. I do recommend keeping small bags in the car to put trash in right away so it doesn’t collect on the floor.

We keep a small trash bag (diaper bag scented from local walmart) handing from each seat…. cheap and easy to throw away. We also have made small seat covers for the kids car seats from towels…. 2 each thrown in the laundry with towels over the adult seat each week. Every little bit helps though… it also helps to make sure and close the doors, we forgot one day and the chickens got in the car…. WHAT A MESS!
