You can see Safeway’s coupon policy right here. Most stores will allow you to stack a manufacturer coupon with the store coupons that can be found in the weekly circulars. You will want to be sure to get a club card for Safeway to take advantage of the sale prices! Safeway sale prices tend to vary from region to region so you will always want to double check your local ad! I got a flyer from Vons (Safeway store) the other day that had a few coupons for free items. One of those was a free Fress Express salad. Can I combine that with the BOGO sale to get them both free?

Kim sometimes that printable list feature does something weird to Bricks links.

My safeway still had the blackberries priced at $.99, but did not get the BIGI free deal. So I went to customer service and they gave me that $.99 back. So two for $.99 is great!! Just a heads up to check the price. When I pointed it out, the lady called manager right then and there.
