*Note: I went to Old Navy at about 12.30 today and the line must have been 100 people deep to checkout. I would suggest getting there early if you can.
i know you can get there right as they open (or call the store) and put things on hold and then go back between noon and five and buy them! i did that today with a jacket for my husband. Just a suggestion!
My store at mission viejo, california were no taking calls and puting stuff in hold because they were tooooooo busy.
At my local store near San Francisco, I was told by several employees, and a manager today, that if you are a card holder, that starting Wednesday, you are able to get Black Friday prices early. In fact, they even gave me a Black Friday ad… I do not know if it is a local promotion though.

Its not local I got my mailer as a card holder. Wed. and Thursday card holders get the black friday prices.
The line was very long at my store in Atlanta GA. I waited about 30 or 40 minutes to check out, but the cashier was so sweet along with everyone at the store. I got 4 women’s winter coats for $18 each! Great Deal!
The line was long but moved very fast at my store in Dayton.
I stopped in yesterday with some old navy cash I had and was able to get a peacoat for my mom for christmas, a jacket for my brother, and 4 pairs of their boots for $38. It was really busy with a long line but really worth it for me :). Thanks for the great deals!
I’m afraid to go to Old Navy, but I might brave it. I’ll let you know how the store in Northern VA is! I hope I come back with some good deals at least.
I am so happy we are on vacation in Miami no one here is beating down the doors for coats and sweaters. I did so well yesterday and today. 5 coats and 13 sweaters.
I got there at noon yesterday for the sweater sale with my 2-yr old in tow. And OMG the line was about 75 people deep at the register. I will say though that ON had a ton of stock (apparently they opened the doors at 11am and so folks took what they wanted and stood in line for an hour). It took me about an hour to check out as well. But I got a total of 13 sweaters for the family! And used my Old Navy Cash (which I was denied the previous day at another location).
