Wow, I was shopping at Super WalMart yesterday because one stop shopping is just too convenient and I used this coupon. Just pulled out my receipt and I paid 5.94 for the pressed powder and 4.94 for concealer. I needed both so I didn’t feel bad about it and 2.88 for both items wasn’t bad… I’m just surprised that Wal-Mart wasn’t at least the same price as Target. Darn! Loved the coupons this weekend!
I did this at Walmart on the single eyeshadow. Bought 4 eyeshadows at $3.24 each and used 2 buy 2 get $8 off coupons.
Jennifer, the coupon says “face cosmetics” on it -which to me means foundation, powder, concealer and blush only. I think eye and lip and nail cosmetics are another thing so I just posted what I felt was proper use of the coupon. It is not terribly specific so it could be up to interpretation but I just posted what I thought was the intention for the coupon.
I used the coupons on eye shadow today also and my Walmart had no problem with them an they went through fine. Eye shadow would be a face prdouct. Arent your eyes on your face!?
I used these at my local grocery store bloom and they doubled my coupon so not only did I get my cosmetics free it gave me a extra money taken off of my final total from everything I bought
Bonnie yes eyes are on the face but there are typically 3 kinds of coupons- lip, eye and face. I don’t believe the coupon is intended for use on lip, eye or nail items. If it was intended for those items it wouldn’t specify face on it. You can go to covergirl.com and find a section titled face where they say exactly what a face cosmetic is. Also coupons scan all the time for items they are not intended for. It is up to us to use them correctly 😉
Ashley–they doubled an $8 coupon? for real?
Ashley not sure how you got your $8 coupon doubled at Bloom. Bloom only doubles over a $1 once a month and they don’t double anything $2. Where do you live that doubles over $2?
