We splurged this year on a costume my little girl really, really wanted and so I am kind of happy to have more excuses to let her wear the thing out!
Brandi says
What time are they doing this?
Charlene says
Brandi it looks like all day Saturday but I emailed the pr rep to ask and I will let you know. I assume they run out of bags early though.

The store I work at has flyers up about it. we are doing photos from 1-5 while supplies last. I would call your local store to get details. 🙂 I’m hoping to get a decent picture of my 4 year old and not quite 1 year old together. 🙂
Charlene says
Brandi- here is the response I got:
Hi Charlene,
We recommend checking with your local store for specific times.

Spoke to manager at CVS in Lincoln (Friday night) and he said they’re gonna be having it all day.
shelly says
The goody bag includes 2 glow sticks, 2 pieces of candy, 2 rubber bugs, and $5 off the purchase of any Halloween costume, $5 off purchase of Hersheys snack size bags 19oz or larger, $2 off any CVS brand C or D batteries, and free 5×7 print coupon which you use to get your halloween pic free.

WHAT A RIP OFF!!
I would not recommend any one going.
The store in Natomas didn’t have any of the gift packs. They “said” they didn’t get any. They were giving away free pumpkin carving kits instead. Sure my 2 year old gets really excited about that…. And they didn’t have any place set up to do the pictures. They took my son’s picture infront of a sales display for plastic pumpkins, with a beer display in the back ground. They also did not have any of the Gold Emblem Candy Corn. They will be hearing about it tomorrow in corporate CVS.
Charlene says
Lori, did you check your ad? The California ad can sometimes be a little different so the candy corn may not have been included.
Lori says
I am in Sacramento and they are listed in the ad in the paper and in the store. They just said they were out. They asked if I wanted a raincheck I said no because the raincheck would not ring up the ECBs next week. I am going to call and complain to CVS coporate tomorro when they are open. Just bummed I got my kid dressed up for a trip to buy diapers….
