For some reason I am utterly exhausted tonight so here is one more quick Target deal and I will get the rest up in the morning.

Use $1/1 Target coupon
and Use $1/1 Seventh Generation Product, exp. 10/31/11 (RP 07/31/11 #2 R)
Final Price: $.99
We use almost exclusively green cleaners in our house and this is a stock up price for sure. I wanted to mention if you decide to buy the products, you might keep an eye out for those coupons on the bottles. The coupons are for $.50/1 Honest Kids, $.50/1 Seventh Generation and $.50/1 Annie’s products- even though they are not high value, coupons for those items do not come around often.
If you got cheated out of the $1 coupon in your RedPlum insert, you might look for those coupons to save $.50 making your price $1.49. That is still a good deal for Seventh Generation products.

Now I just need the kids to go to bed so I can enjoy my free Simply Orange juice in peace!

I used to use 7th generation too. But now I use 25% white vinegar and 75% water in a squirt bottle. Works like a charm, really inexpensive, and as ‘green’ as it gets as I have been using the same squirt bottle for almost 2 years. Anytime I need to do a little scrubbing I use baking soda and little water. A 10% mix of water and vinegar also makes a great substiute for room spray air freshener or Febreeze.

Sorry to veer off topic Charlene but…i used to visit a webpage (link below) that listed a bunch of cpns available at individual manuf sites for products that were all ‘bricks.coupons.com’ type cpns. Now when i try to click on the links on that page it goes to the coupons.com Savings Club (link below). Do you know what happen to this list …and do you have any info on this new(?) club…is it worth the while to join at $3 a month? I haven’t seen it mentioned on any blogs in my feed reader yet. many thanks 🙂

Karen, I don’t ever recommend paying for coupons. I din’t see any listed there that are not free. I think this coupon club is looking to charge you for the same services that blogs offer for free. IMO.

Thanks…I did some googling on it and from the looks of it those that did the free trial weren’t too impressed with the coupons that came up for it so far…higher value but on odd items and not very many cpns listed etc. I guess coupons.com is trying to get in on all the ‘extreme cpning’ buzz. I hadn’t even noticed the mentions of this new service on the coupons.com site as my printer is broken and I haven’t printed much. It looks like it started in Sept.

is there a “green” washing machine detergent that you recommend? specifically HE detergent? i like using Tide HE but wondered if anyone used an HE detergent that was green and effective.
Tom says
We use 7th Generation laundry detergent almost exclusively in an HE washer. We like it.
