The $10 sale for the Sassy black apron above is still available (regularly $35). The reason it is marked down these are irregular aprons. Usually they have 2 layers and there was a batch made that are only single layer.
Now I have a Flirty Apron and I actually think mine is a little heavy so the single layer might not be a bad thing. Everything else on the apron will be perfectly fine- you just get one layer not two. I would probably pull the trigger on this myself but do note that if you are unhappy these can not be returned.

I ordered one of these for my mother-in-law for Christmas. I was bummed when it came in the mail this week with a large pale brown stain on it. You can see it right through the packaging. I knew it was a “second” because of the single layer but not sure what to do with a pre-stained apron! Haha! I emailed the company – hoping to hear back soon!

Flirty aprons go through rigorous quality inspection – most flaws are minimal and difficult to notice. The normal irregularities include: restitching, loose seams and minor print flaws. But this one is a bit different, instead of two layers of high quality Grade A fabric, the manufacturer only sent one layer aprons. So we are selling them for $9.95.
So that doesn’t sound like big brown stain 🙂

I got one of these aprons and it’s great! I do see how a double-layer apron could be too thick. The single layer works great for me!!

Just wanted to update that their customer service people were SUPER nice – They responded via email about a week after I emailed and said that it was an error for the apron to be stained. (I did attach pictures of the stained apron still in the packaging so they knew I wasn’t trying to scam them!) They are shipping out a new apron today! I know aprons are meant for staining, but I think my mother in law will appreciate not getting a pre-stained one 😉 haha!
