{CLOSED} Giveaway: One Year Supply of Paper Towels

08/04/2011 By Charlene

This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

I am really excited about this giveaway and hopefully this is something fun and different for you guys as well!

I was thinking that a giveaway for a year’s supply of Bounty Paper Towels would be so practical and something almost everyone can use. Paper Towels are one of those annoying things that can be hard to find deals on- so this will not only save you money but also time in hunting down coupons and deals.

So if you would like to win a one year supply of paper towels* just leave a comment below and let me know what product you find most difficult to find deals on?! For me, paper towels are actually the trickiest followed by toilet paper!

BONUS ENTRY: Get a bonus entry if you subscribe to MFA via email or like me on Facebook . Be sure to leave a second comment letting me know!

*Please be sure to actually leave a comment below. Any emails, Facebook messages or tweets will not be counted. If you are viewing this in a newsletter just click through to the blog to leave your comment.

This giveaway ends on Friday the 12th of August at 7pm PST.

NOTE:  If you elect to check the box pictured above when you leave your comment, you will receive an email for every single person that enters this giveaway.  I do not recommend checking that box unless you want a very full inbox!

GOOD LUCK!

*A typical family uses 1 roll of paper towels per week, so this giveaway is for 52 rolls total of Bounty Paper Towels.   Please note this post is not an endorsement or encouragement for the consumption of paper products.  Your most frugal and most eco-friendly option is to skip paper towels altogether.  For those that can use these products or would like to donate them, this should be a fun giveaway!

Toilet Paper!!!! We have to be “brand specific” with our TP due to previous clogging with our pipes in the house….so….we only use Scott. They are hardly ever on sale and even for us, the sale price is still pricey but you do what you have to…

    Great idea on the giveaway!

I have a hard time finding deals on fresh fruit and vegetables. I can’t buy from walmart b/c it always spoils so fast so it doesn’t make their “deals” worth it for us. So, I end up paying a ton for grapes, cherries, blueberries, and apples from the Harris Teeter, sure they are great quality, but they cost a small fortune!

I think TP, paper towels and kleenex are the hardest for me to find great deals on.

Besides the obvious meats and produce, I only use Scott toilet tissue and the regular kind, not the Scott Naturals. A year supply of paper towels would be WONDERFUL for me to win because a) I have 2 stepsons, ages 7 and 9 (enough said! LOL), 4 rescue kitties and a daughter in college, whom I’d share with. I do follow you on FB which is where I saw this contest! Thanks for hosting a wonderful giveaway.

This is a wonderful giveaway. I am a new couponer and appreciate all the work you do to help keep us up to date on the latest deals. At this point I am having the worst luck with meat. We live in a rural area with one store so not enough competition.
PS. I subscribed by email and “like” you on facebook!

I would have to agree with you and say paper towels. I have two young ones and I love the bounty select a size ones but hardly ever get good coupons.

Toilet Paper is the worst…can’t find a good deal on that anywhere

I have a hard time finding good deals on lunch meat and meat in general cannot believe the price of bacon!

My family loves Oreo’s – of all variety’s. However I RARELY have a coupon when they are on sale. I rarely have oreo coupons at all.

I always have a problem in finding deals on white rice. I always running out, and usually never have a coupon for it. I had only one coupon before.

I seem to have the hardest time finding deals or coupons on the more “natural” or organic type foods. Most stores don’t even have them on sale very often.

Hardest item has to be paper towels for me. However I laughed when I saw your comment that the average family uses a roll a week… my family with 4 toddler age children… we use at lease a roll a day…

yes!! paper towels (and toilet paper and tissue)!! we use them for napkins as well, its hard finding consistent deals on them when you go through them as much as we do. One dirty 12 year old boy, a dirty dog, and a messy husband- this would be so helpful!

  26. Tracy B says

Organic produce — it’s hard to find deals and at times just finding organic itself is hard.

I have the hardest time finding Morningstar Farms coupons. This is the only brand of soy products that my family loves and they are so expensive. Ive only seen really good deals a couple of times.

I have the hardest time finding a good deal on greek yogurt. I have actually made it myself from time to time but it is messy and time consuming. A years supply of paper towels frees up some of my budget to buy more greek yogurt! : )
