{CLOSED} Giveaway: One Year Supply of Paper Towels

08/04/2011 By Charlene

This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

I am really excited about this giveaway and hopefully this is something fun and different for you guys as well!

I was thinking that a giveaway for a year’s supply of Bounty Paper Towels would be so practical and something almost everyone can use. Paper Towels are one of those annoying things that can be hard to find deals on- so this will not only save you money but also time in hunting down coupons and deals.

So if you would like to win a one year supply of paper towels* just leave a comment below and let me know what product you find most difficult to find deals on?! For me, paper towels are actually the trickiest followed by toilet paper!

BONUS ENTRY: Get a bonus entry if you subscribe to MFA via email or like me on Facebook . Be sure to leave a second comment letting me know!

*Please be sure to actually leave a comment below. Any emails, Facebook messages or tweets will not be counted. If you are viewing this in a newsletter just click through to the blog to leave your comment.

This giveaway ends on Friday the 12th of August at 7pm PST.

NOTE:  If you elect to check the box pictured above when you leave your comment, you will receive an email for every single person that enters this giveaway.  I do not recommend checking that box unless you want a very full inbox!

GOOD LUCK!

*A typical family uses 1 roll of paper towels per week, so this giveaway is for 52 rolls total of Bounty Paper Towels.   Please note this post is not an endorsement or encouragement for the consumption of paper products.  Your most frugal and most eco-friendly option is to skip paper towels altogether.  For those that can use these products or would like to donate them, this should be a fun giveaway!

The hardest thing for me to find a good price on is vegetarian meat-alternatives. Morningstar Farms has lots of coupons but I’m trying to stay away from soy. Also, quality bird food or anything for my birds.

kitchen sponges and wetones wipes. (also, 8-packs of crayons…why, oh why do the teachers ask for the 8-pack instead of the 24-pack that is always included in the back to school sales;))

I agree with you about paper towels and bath tissue is the hardest to get really good deals on. Both are expensive and tricky to know how much paper you actually get in each roll.

I find it hardest to find deals and coupons on meat and produce and like you I find it pretty rare to score cheap toilet paper.

I haven’t seen any coupons for Asian cuisine besides soy sauce…It would be find coupons for other Asian sauces/condiments, tofu, eggroll wrappers, or even canton or vermicilli noodles. Someone should make a coupon database for ethnic food!

Toilet paper is the hardest to buy cheaply. We use Cottenelle and have a difficult time buying it at a discount.

  28. Lisa Gary says

Paper towels – coupons are so for such a little amount, and you have to buy so many to use them

  29. Eric Seberg says

    08/04/2011 at 7:47 PM

Agree, TP you never see deals on, at least the brand names.

Meat, definately, though paper products are a close second. When I’m in the mood for working the drugstores, building up money-makers and that sort of thing, it’s far easier to get paper products, but meat isn’t like that. They gotta start selling meat at Rite Aid before that will happen!
