{CLOSED} Giveaway: One Year Supply of Paper Towels

08/04/2011 By Charlene

This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

I am really excited about this giveaway and hopefully this is something fun and different for you guys as well!

I was thinking that a giveaway for a year’s supply of Bounty Paper Towels would be so practical and something almost everyone can use. Paper Towels are one of those annoying things that can be hard to find deals on- so this will not only save you money but also time in hunting down coupons and deals.

So if you would like to win a one year supply of paper towels* just leave a comment below and let me know what product you find most difficult to find deals on?! For me, paper towels are actually the trickiest followed by toilet paper!

BONUS ENTRY: Get a bonus entry if you subscribe to MFA via email or like me on Facebook . Be sure to leave a second comment letting me know!

*Please be sure to actually leave a comment below. Any emails, Facebook messages or tweets will not be counted. If you are viewing this in a newsletter just click through to the blog to leave your comment.

This giveaway ends on Friday the 12th of August at 7pm PST.

NOTE:  If you elect to check the box pictured above when you leave your comment, you will receive an email for every single person that enters this giveaway.  I do not recommend checking that box unless you want a very full inbox!

GOOD LUCK!

*A typical family uses 1 roll of paper towels per week, so this giveaway is for 52 rolls total of Bounty Paper Towels.   Please note this post is not an endorsement or encouragement for the consumption of paper products.  Your most frugal and most eco-friendly option is to skip paper towels altogether.  For those that can use these products or would like to donate them, this should be a fun giveaway!

The most difficult item for me to find a deal on is Tide detergent. I have found plenty of coupons, but they are never for more than .25-1.00, and That’s not much off of a $9 bottle or a $18 dispenser jug. But I really love Tide and will buy it anyway because my clothes come clean everytime 🙂

I would love to see coupons for Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. We have downsized just about everything, but our expensive taste in cheese 🙂

It is hard to find coupons for produce.

  9. Deborah Dunn says

Besides meat I find it hard to find deals on produce and paper towels. 25cents off bulk packages(2 or more) is not a deal.

I find the most difficult to be toilet paper. There are boatloads of coupons for brand’s that we do not like. And it happens to be the one product in our house that we are brand-loyal to! Thanks for this clever give-away!!!

Paper towls is the hardest one to find deals on and seems like we go through a roll a day.. this would be super awesome to win 🙂

I think laundry detergent and dryer sheets are the most difficult, especially since my DH is strictly a Tide guy!

  14. Candice Begeal-Grubbs says

There are never ANY coupons on meat. Sales are ok at like Frys (kroger), but when you try to do competitor ads at like, Walmart, they never have the meat OUT that is on sale. OR Walmart wont put the cut of meat into a family pack – which IS most of the sales. Family packs. I think that more stores could make a coupon for different sorts of meats. Like 20% off on sale, then add like a $2 or $3 coupon- thats if they bring the coupon in to use it. Just give us SOMETHING?!

And I “like” you! (love you!)

  16. Stephanie R says

I think meat is the hardest thing for us to find deals on here. Meat and butter!

  17. Ashley Mills says

We are agree about the paper towels and toilet paper (because my husband is the couponer), but we also find general discounts on groceries can be hard. We like shopping at Winco and can save an average $10 on the things we regularly buy, but wish we could save more on our everyday items… milk, produce, etc…

I also liked you on facebook.
