I went in today to get the paper, pens and wite-out. There is no mim purchase required and my local store had plenty of everything I wanted. There was a max of 3 limit. And when they rang up my wite-out it automatically took of the .99 cents even though only 2 had been rang up, so even though it says buy 2 get 2 free mine was buy 1 get 1 free.
