Now who is ready to carpool over to Target with me? It is a fantastic week so be sure you scroll through all the recent Target deals so you don’t miss a thing!
*NOTE: Target coupons do say one per transaction (meaning one like coupon per shopping trip.) The vast majority of stores do not enforce that limit but if you are not sure you might ask and adjust the scenarios to accommodate your store’s policy.
Delia says
I am so ready to carpool!! LOL! No really I am willing to drive in exchange for your expert tips!! =) just let me know you have my email addess!!
Jim says
They are not allowing you to use the Any Neutrogena Facial Care Item Target Coupon on the lip balm, I tried at two different Targets. Of course when I asked the manager if the lip balm is right next to the bar soap and facial cleansers and not 100 ft. away in the oral hygiene section, and its not facial care than what is it, and twice I got shrugged shoulders “I dont know?”. Wonderful.
Charlene says
Jim that is a stinker. It makes them about .33 each without the Target coupons. I am going to do that sunscreen deal later so I’ll see how it goes.
Cheyenne says
Your lips are on your face and moisturizing them is taking care of them, so I don’t see why you can’t use it. I’m going to try anyways, but if it doesn’t work I’ll probably still get it. I got the Neutrogena Naturals Chapstick as a sample earlier this year and love it.
amanda says
question. I am kind of new to this couponing stuff. On the Target coupon it says “limit one coupon or offer per transation” but you are suggesting I use three coupons. How is this possible. Please explain. Thanks!!
Jessica says
Amanda – It depends on your store/cashier. There are two Target stores I frequent. One store does not allow you to use 2 Target coupons in 1 transaction and the other always allows you to use more than 1 in the same transaction. HTH! 🙂
Maria says
I did not find the lip balm at my Target… but I scored big on a pair of jeans for $2.08 with the $3 off Target coupon. Oh how I love shopping at Target!!!!
Jim says
@Cheyenne,
Did you try the lip balm deal, if so how did it go for you?
kristina says
They didn’t have the lip balm at my Target and the items you could use were clearly marked.
Laura B says
My target took the coupon after looking at the item. I decided not to push my luck though and only used one tgt coup and three manuf. I still got all three for free this way!
Rachel says
Does the register reject the Target q on the lip balm, or is it the cashier? Has anyone actually gotten this deal to work?
Crystal says
I did the Neutrogena deal bought 2 lip balms and one makeup remover wipes, my target cashier was super nice, and allowed me to use both target web coupons, and I also had 2 manuf. q, I rolled over a previous $5 gc, so all in all I paid $1.49 for all 3 items. I did have an extra coupon, but didn’t want to push my luck.
Maureen says
You are NOT allowed to use 3 of the same target coupons in one transaction. It doesn’t depend on the store or cashier… It depends on whether you want to be a liar or not. You CAN use them all and get away with it, or since you are NOT supposed to, you can follow the rules and use one/transn. The policy is stated on the coupon, and one coupon per transaction, simply means one per transaction. You can do separate transactions to get each item for a cheaper price, but you will not get the gift card because of the broken transactions. I hope this helped, Amanda!
Charlene says
Maureen, I don’t think I am a liar. I think that is a little harsh to say. We will have to agree to disagree on this point. I think you should do what you feel is right and I don’t think it is reasonable to call other people nasty names because they don’t agree with what you think. If a store has a policy to not limit the number of coupons in a transaction, I do not feel that makes me a liar.
Ashley says
I totally agree with Charlene. I think that most companies allow their stores to make adjustments to their coupon policies as they see fit. Some stores may actually encourage using more coupons hoping consumers will buy more product. It’s possible they have too much inventory and that’s why they offer such great sales on certain products.
