I used to be a fan of NoMoreRack. I had 2 separate orders canceled on me. And have lost numerous orders during checkout — my fingers aren’t fast enough. The last straw for me was my last order that I had to bug them constantly for the status until they finally told me it was canceled. The item did not meet their quality standards, which I was fine with, but the lack of update to tell me this was disappointing. I would buy something if you really like, but don’t get your heart set on it b/c it may or may not get to you.

I agree with Jennifer….it is a VERY inconsistent site and I have had some good buys and some not so good. Items cancelled…charged and never got the item….so on and so on.
Well stink. I guess we will all be prepared. I have ordered from them 3 x and never a problem but maybe I just got lucky.
I’ve never ordered from them simply because I can almost never find $20 worth of product I want, to use their $5 promo code =P Usually I just want one $5 item from them. Oh, and I’m pretty sure I never received my $10 code when I signed up a long time ago. I got other promo codes though. =)
I ordered from them too and never received the item. I was very disapointed. This is not a company I would recomend.
